ABSTRACT The potato golden cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis WOLLENWEBER) is very important potato pest. According to EPPO it is on the quarantines A2 list. This species was detected on the territory of Belice in 2001. In 2002 soil samples were taken on two treatments, one with potato in monoculture and the other on the wheat where potato was previous crop. Cysts extraction was done in the laboratory of nematology at the Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek and Swedish University of Agriculture Sciences, Department of Crop Science. Virulent group Ro1,4 was detected. More cysts were discovered in the monoculture potato soil (458/100 ccm of soil) than in the soil under the wheat (368/100 ccm of soil). In 2004 vitality of the cysts were analysed. Cysts from potato monoculture had higher vitality (203 larvae/ cyst) than cyst from the soil under wheat (38 larvae/cyst) with potato as previous crop. |

VIRULENTNA GRUPA Ro1,4 KRUMPIROVE ZLATNE CISTOLIKE NEMATODE (Globodera rostochiensis WOLLENWEBER) U HRVATSKOJ

SAŽETAK Zlatna krumpirova nematoda Globodera rostochiensis značajan je štetnik krumpira, a nalazi se, prema OEPP/EPPO na listi A2 karantenskih štetnika. U Hrvatskoj je prisutna od 2001. godine, kada je utvrđena na području Belice. U 2002. godini uzeti su uzorci tla radi pregleda prisutva cista s površine gdje je krumpir bio u monokulturi i pšenice gdje je krumpir bio predkultura. Analize su vršene na uzorcima od 100 ccm tla u laboratoriju za nematologiju Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Osijeku i u Swedish University of Agriculture Sciences, Department of Crop Science. Utvrđena je virulentna grupa Ro1,4, a broj cista u monokulturi krumpira je 458/100 ccm tla, dok je u tlu pod pšenicom s predkulturom krumpira utvrđeno 368/100 ccm tla. Uzorci tla čuvani su dvije godine te je određena vitalnosti cista. Vitalnost cista u monokulturi bila je 203 ličinki/cisti, a u uzorcima tla pod pšenicom, gdje je krumpir bio pretkultura, iznosio je 38 ličinke/cisti. |
