International activity

International activity of the Faculty has long tradition, and some contacts established in 1970 (Mezogazdasagi foiskola Kaposvar from Hungary) are very intensive today. One of the strategic goals of the Faculty in the future is further internationalization and recognisability at international level. Intensity and capacity of contacts and collaboration with scientific and educational institutions from abroad are increased in last five years. From 2008 Faculty is a member of „Interuniversity Conference on Agricultural and Related Sciences in Europe” (ICA). In 2010 Faculty was involved in creation of CASEE network - regional network of faculties and universities of agriculture in Central and Eastern Europe.

Faculty currently has 15 agreements for cooperation with faculties and universities from abroad. Today Faculty has 23 international projects financed from different sources.

In November, 2010  Faculty joined initiative »Partnership for the Development of Higher Education in Agriculture in the Region«. All information's about initiative are available in document AGR_SEE.
